​Thank you for booking/considering to book with us, we are extremely grateful to have you in our clinic! Before committing to your appointment please read our policies below this enables us to have an understanding of what to expect from each other. 

Booking Policies 

In order to obtain a high standard of service and practice we kindly ask that you read through our Clinic polices. (Please note under no circumstances are these up for negotiation, by booking an appointment at our salon this means you have agreed to our booking policies).

Bookings - ​​

​

• In order to successfully book an appointment at our venue a 50% deposit must be paid if not booked through treatwell. (bookings booked through treatwell won't need to pay a deposit).

• For all aesthetic/spmu treatments a consultation must be booked PRIOR to treatment.

• All appointments are confirmed via text/email once booked, if you do not receive a confirmation within 4 hours please contact us to confirm booking.

Patch Tests - ​​

​

• For new clients please book in a patch test. (If no patch test is booked a waiver will need to be signed prior to treatment).

• If pregnant or breastfeeding a patch test is mandatory.

• Please be advised that on rare occasions results may not always be accurate and an allergic reaction may still occur. We strongly advice you book your appointment a week before a special event. 

• Please also take into consideration that you could develop an allergy at any time.

Infils - ​​

​

• When booking in for an infill please ensure you have 40%-50% of lashes left or you will be charged a fullest.

• Always have CLEAN hair/lashes and face when coming in for your appointment. 

• Please remove contact lenses before your appointment.

• Try to prebook your infills/touch ups to avoid disappointment. 

• Infilling another salon's work, it will be completely up to us wether we feel we can provide an infill on top of another salons work. If the work is not to our standard we will recommend a removal and a full set. ​​

• No caffeine, or alcohol 24hrs prior to treatment.

• Please note we do not offer lengths longer than 15mm due to lash health being our main priority.

Bringing guests/pets -

​

• We kindly ask you come to your appointment alone so no children, guests or pets. (if you have a special requirement please contact us first).

Lateness/Cancellations/No shows - 

​

• Please give notice if running late, lateness will cut into your appointment time. You will still be charged full appointment price.

• If your more than 30mins late appointment may be cancelled. 

• To successfully reschedule or cancel your appointment without losing your deposit you will need to give more than 48hrs for ALL appointments. No exceptions. Last minute cancellations have a huge impact on our business so please respect this policy, if you do not wish to adhere by these policies please do not book in with us. 

• Anti-Wrinkle appointments are non refundable once we have sent off your prescription.

• No shows will be black listed or appointment value charged. (This means no communication that you won't make your appointment or canceling within hours of your appointment).

• Please be aware that your appointment could get moved slightly due to unexpected delays but rest assured you will still get your time slot in full.

Our cancellation -

​

• We will always aim to fulfil our appointments on time and as booked, however if for whatever reason we can not accommodate your booking at your chosen time/date we will make every effort to get you booked in at a time that is convenient for you. 

 

Our guarantee -

​

• We guarantee all lash sets for up to 7 days, you can contact us within this timeframe and we will fix it. You must have followed the aftercare and must contact us within the 7 days anything over that and we will not be held responsible for any issues and your next treatment will be charged at full price.

Feedback/Complaints -

​

​Although we aim to meet your expectations we also understand some things may not always go as planned. If you feel unsatisfied with your service please feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to rectify your experience within reason. 

Under no circumstances do we offer refunds, we are more than happy to offer a complimentary fix.
