For new clients, please book in a patch test. If no patch test is booked, a waiver will need to be signed prior to treatment or the treatment may be cancelled. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, a patch test is mandatory.
Please be advised that on rare occasions, results may not always be accurate and an allergic reaction may still occur. We strongly advise that you book your appointment at least one week before any special event.
Please also take into consideration that you can develop an allergy at any time.
When booking in for an infill, please ensure you have 40 to 50 percent of lashes left taking into account after we remove grown out, old lashes, otherwise you will be charged for a full set.
When infilling another salon’s work, it will be completely up to us whether we feel we can safely provide an infill on top of the existing work. If the work is not to our standard, we will recommend a removal and a full set.
We kindly ask that you come to your appointment alone — no children, guests, or pets.
If you have a special requirement, please contact us first. Due to space we strictly do not allow additional guests into the treatment room.
We guarantee all lash sets for up to 7 days. You can contact us within this timeframe and we will fix it. You must have followed the aftercare instructions and contacted us within the 7 days.
Anything after this period will not be covered, and your next treatment will be charged at full price.
Due to high demand and limited availability, Meraki Aesthetics requires a Booking Fee to secure appointments. This ensures fairness, reduces cancellations, and guarantees appointment slots are reserved for committed clients.
Booking Fees help cover essential operational expenses such as facility costs, administration, clinical supplies, and staff salaries. These fees do not generate profit but offset the significant costs involved in running a regulated clinic.

Booking Fees are deducted from your total treatment cost if treatment is carried out on the day of your appointment.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and comfortable clinic environment for everyone.
Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the Booking Fee.
We aim to run on time, though delays may occur due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. The morning first appointment (9am) is recommended if timing is important.
Meraki Aesthetics / Altrix Medispa is not liable for travel or accommodation costs arising from cancellations, rescheduling, or delays. Clients are advised to book flexible travel arrangements where possible.
All completed treatments are non-refundable due to the use of premium materials, clinician expertise, and operational costs. Booking Fees for Botox treatments are non-refundable.
All injectable treatments including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, and skin boosters are provided only by Altrix Medispa within Meraki Aesthetics.
A follow-up appointment may be recommended after certain treatments. If you choose not to attend, this is your choice and no compensation or refund will be provided.
Concerns must be reported promptly so an in-person review can be arranged.
Concerns raised more than six months after treatment cannot be reviewed. Concerns for Botox raised more than 21 days after initial appointment will not be reviewed.
Injectable treatments may cause temporary swelling or bruising. These are not grounds for refunds or complaints.
Treatments will not be performed within 8 weeks prior to major personal events.
Prices may vary especially during promotional periods. Quotes excluding promotional pricing are valid for 4 weeks.
Meraki Aesthetics / Altrix Medispa is not liable for economic loss, loss of profits, or indirect or consequential damages.
Clients must provide accurate medical information and follow aftercare instructions.
